What happens if a child forgets or loses their card?

The duty person records it manually and the parent still receives a notification. A lost card is blocked and a new one is issued.

Is it legal to monitor children's entry?

The system records entry to and exit from the building - it doesn't track movement. The data is personal and is processed under GDPR (personal data protection), with the informed consent of parents.

How much does it cost for a school?

Is SMS mandatory, or is there an app?
