## One Card: Entry, Use, Payment

The same RFID card that opens the door also carries a balance or a subscription. The customer tops up at the cash desk or at a machine, then simply uses it. The system calculates - time-based tariffs, subscriptions, one-off services - and issues a fiscal document where required.

Does the system issue fiscal receipts?

Yes, where the law requires it, charging is linked to a fiscal device. The specific configuration is clarified during design.

How do customers top up their cards?

At a cash desk with one of your employees or at a self-service machine (coins, banknotes, and depending on the configuration, online). The choice depends on the site.

Can there be different prices by hour or by customer?

Yes - time-based pricing, subscriptions, discounts by customer group. The rules are configured, not reprogrammed.

Does it work for several sites with a shared card?

Yes, the balance and subscription can be valid across the whole chain - the customer uses one card everywhere.
