Is a BMS only for new buildings?

No. Existing buildings are automated in stages - you start with the most expensive systems (HVAC, lighting) and expand.

How much energy is actually saved?

It depends on the building's starting condition - the biggest effect is where everything today runs "by hand". We make a specific estimate after a site survey.

Can we start with just the lighting?

Yes, the system is modular. Many customers start with one subsystem and add more after the first results.

Who will be able to manage the system on our side?
