The doors keep working - the controllers decide on their own and keep events in their own memory. When the connection returns, everything synchronizes.

How much does Polimex Cloud cost?

The price depends on the number of sites, controllers and employees. Request a quote and you will receive a specific proposal for your configuration.

We use Andromeda Pro. Can we move to Cloud?

Yes, there is an established path for transferring data from Andromeda. The hardware is kept - we discuss the transition in a short conversation.

Where is our data physically located?

In our data center in Pleven, Bulgaria. It does not leave the country and is subject to GDPR (personal data protection).

Does it work with older iCon controllers?

The platform supports 50+ iCon models. During the site survey, we check yours and tell you exactly which ones connect directly.
