What computer and operating system are needed?

A standard Windows computer - the specific requirements depend on the number of controllers and modules. We clarify them with the quote.

License or subscription?

A license - you pay once for your configuration. Updates and support are agreed according to your needs.

If the computer breaks down, does access stop?

No. The controllers work standalone with the permissions in their own memory. The software is for management and reports, it is not the door's "brain".

Can there be several workstations?

Yes, the system supports an organization with roles - security sees events, payroll pulls reports.

Can we move to Polimex Cloud later?

Yes, there is an established data transition. The hardware stays the same.
