## Installation is finished when your people can manage on their own

The mounted devices are half the work. Then comes the configuration: zones, schedules, permissions, users - according to your organization, not the defaults. And training: whoever will work with the system sits down with one of our people and goes through real tasks - a new card, a report, responding to an event.

How long does installation take?

A small office - usually 1-2 days. Large sites receive a staged schedule with the quote.

Can installation be done without interrupting access control?

Yes, the transition is planned - the old system keeps running until the new one takes over. The doors are never left without control.

Do you work outside Sofia?

Yes, nationwide. We plan the installation so that the visits are kept to a minimum.

Who is responsible if something doesn't work after installation?

We are - hardware, software and installation come from one company. There is no shifting between supplier and installer.
