## Frequently asked questions

Will our work stop during the migration?

No. The old system operates until the new one passes the successful test. The actual switch is planned during a calm period - a weekend or the end of the month.

What happens to the data that is not migrated?

Nothing is lost - the old system/archive remains with you for reference. We migrate the working data, the archive keeps the history.

How much does a migration cost?

It depends on the volume and quality of the data. After the free assessment, you receive a fixed offer - with no surprises in the middle.

Can we migrate in stages?

Yes, and it is often more reasonable: first the counterparties and balances, then the history, then additional modules. The stages are defined in the Solution Model (SDD).

We are using a very old version of Odoo with foreign customizations. Is that a problem?

It is not a problem, but a common task. We conduct an audit of the customizations, telling you which ones are worth transferring and which are cheaper to replace with standard functions.
