## Ready integrations for Bulgaria

Econt and Speedy - a shipping label from the order with one click, automatic tracking, cash on delivery. No copying of addresses.

###### Payments

EasyPay and ePay.bg - the customer pays online or at 3700+ locations; the payment is recorded in the system automatically.

###### Banks

Import of statements from Bulgarian banks and automatic matching with invoices. Month-end closing stops being archaeology.

###### Fiscal devices

Cash registers from leading Bulgarian brands, according to Regulation H-18 (requirements for cash receipts). The receipt comes out of the system.

## Frequently asked questions

How much does an integration cost?

The ready-made Bulgarian integrations are included in the Polimex hosting - only the setup is paid. Custom integrations receive a fixed offer after a brief analysis.

What happens if the courier or the bank changes something in their system?

The maintenance of the ready-made integrations is our concern - we update them centrally for all clients. That’s why they are a subscription service, not a one-time code.

Can Odoo connect to the machines in production?

In many cases yes - it depends on the equipment and its protocols. We have made connections with production equipment and devices; the specific answer comes after a brief technical review.

Are the integrations bidirectional?

Where it makes sense, yes - for example, the order goes to the courier, and the status of the shipment comes back. The directions are clarified during the setup.

I have an online store outside of Odoo. Can it be connected?

Yes, e-commerce platforms are a common integration - orders, inventories, and prices are synchronized. The alternative is for the store to move to Odoo - we compare both options during the consultation.
