Our experience: yes, quickly - a card is easier than signing a form. What matters is communication: the system counts fairly in both directions. Can access to hazardous zones require safety training? Yes - access permissions are managed by zone and role; an expired safety briefing can mean suspended access to the zone. We are an old plant with wiring from years ago. Is that a problem?
